Desember lalu Twitter telah meluncurkan desainnya yang baru, tapi sayangnya saat itu belum semua pengguna bisa menikmati desain teranyar itu. Kini semua pengguna sudah bisa menikmati tampilan baru versi web dari Twitter tersebut.
Bisa dikatakan Twitter merombak besar-besaran tampilan situs microblogging tersebut. Berikut beberapa perubahan menarik di desain teranyar Twitter, saat menjajal desain terbaru ini, Sabtu (18/2/2012).
*) Dari desain perubahan terbesar terlihat pada halaman profil, yang di bagian kirinya terdapat banyak pilihan seperti ‘Tweet’, ‘Following’ dan ‘Followers’. Jika dilihat tampilan ini mirip dengan tampilan Home Facebook, jika pengguna meng-klik ‘following’ tadi, maka daftar yang mem-follow akan muncul disebelah kanan, sama seperti tampilan News Feed di Facebook.
*) Mirip dengan tampilan komentar di Facebook, jika pengguna meng-klik tweet yang ada ditimeline atau pun profil maka bisa melihat kicauan pengguna lain yang saling berbalas tweet.
Dengan desain baru ini, Twitter seperti menampilkan tweet dalam satu paket, jadi tidak hanya bisa langsung melihat balasan-balasan tweet dengan hanya sekali klik, tapi juga yang lainnya seperti foto dan video.
Jika pengguna tidak mau repot menutup kembali satu-satu tweet yang tadi dilihatnya, maka tekan huruf ‘L’ di keyboard atau klik gambar panah kecil dipojok kanan.atas untuk melakukannya.
*) Keyboard Shortcut, merupakan ‘jalan pintas’ bagi pengguna untuk lebih mudah mengakses Twitter tanpa perlu banyak meng-klik dan cukup memanfaatkan papan ketik yang diberikan Twitter ini.
Keyboard Shortcut ini terdiri dari tiga bagian, yaitu Action, Navigation dan Timeline. Seperti jika pengguna ingin membuat tweet, cukup tekan ‘N’ dan untuk berpindah dari timeline Twitter ke profil maka pengguna bisa memanfaatkan dengan menekan ‘GP’ di keyboard komputer.
Memang sedikit sulit jika harus mengingat semua Keyboard Shortcut ini, tapi untuk memudahkannya pengguna bisa memilih ‘?’ di keyboardnya, maka semua pilihan akan muncul dilayar.
*) Fitur ‘Connect’ yang ada di bagian kiri atas, yang berfungsi untuk melihat percakapan, seperti mention atau retweet. Selain itu dengan ‘Connect, pengguna juga lebih mudah mengetahui siapa saja yang baru mem-follow atau memfavoritkan tweetnya.
*) Sedangkan ‘Discover’ yang juga ada di bagian kiri atas Twiiter, pengguna bisa memanfaatkannya untuk mendapatkan informasi dan hiburan yang berguna, serta juga ada tweet yang berhubungan dengan informasi-informasi tersebut.
Twitter Provide Many functions in Newest Design
Twitter was launched last December a new design, but unfortunately was not all users can enjoy the latest designs. Now all users can enjoy the new look of the web version of Twitter.
Twitter can be said to display a massive overhaul the microblogging site. Here are some interesting changes in the latest design of Twitter, while Legal tested this new design, Saturday (18/02/2012).
*) From the design of the biggest changes visible on profile pages, which is on the left there are many options such as ‘game’, ‘Following’ and ‘Followers’. If you see this look similar to the appearance of Home Facebook, if the user clicks ‘Following’ before, then the list would appear to follow the right side, just like the look of the Facebook News Feed.
*) Similar to view comments on Facebook, if the user clicks the existing ditimeline tweet or chirp profile so other users can see the tweet echo each other.
With this new design, such as displaying Twitter tweets in one package, so not only can directly see the tweet replies with just one click, but also others such as photos and video.
If the user does not want to be bothered to close again the only one tweet he’d seen, then press the letter ‘L’ on your keyboard or click the small arrow image kanan.atas corner to do so.
*) Keyboard Shortcut, a ‘shortcut’ for the user to more easily access Twitter without needing a lot of clicking and keyboard use enough given this Twitter.
Keyboard shortcuts are composed of three parts, namely Action, Navigation and Timeline. As if the user wants to create a tweet, just press the ‘N’ and to move from Twitter timeline to profile the user can use by pressing the ‘GP’ on a computer keyboard.
It’s a little difficult if you have to remember all the keyboard shortcuts, but for simplicity the user can select the ‘?’ On the keyboard, then all options will appear on the screen.
